Library Opening Hours
Tuesday 8.30am – 4.00pm
(S1 only before school and at interval)
Wednesday 8.30am – 4.30pm
(S1 only before school and at interval)
Friday 8.30am – 3.30pm
(S2 only before school and at interval)
On these days, pupils can come to the library before and after school to change books and to use the computers.
Library Guide
The Library is split into the following sections: Fiction, non-fiction, reference, health and community, careers and the ICT suite.
The fiction section includes a wide range of general, teenage and senior fiction, quick reads, graphic novels and magazines.
Each pupil can borrow 2 books at any one time for a period of 2 weeks
Library ICT Suite
The library ICT suite contains 29 networked computers which are linked to a laser printer, and a ceiling mounted projector. The suite can be booked by teachers for use with classes. Pupils can also access these resources in their own time, before and after school.
