Working in partnership with Headstrong (Scotland), e-sgoil has produced a series of videos on mental health that may help bring some understanding when dealing with your own mental health or the mental health of friends and family.

Mental Health encompasses a range of emotional, psychological and social wellbeing conditions which may affect cognition (the mental action or process of acquiring knowledge and understanding), perception and behaviour.

 

Below are a range of organisations that can help support mental health (and factors and causes that may lead to poor mental health and poor emotional wellbeing) and increase mental health awareness.
